What role do you play in Public Health Unplugged?
As a Student Ambassador and Co-Editor, I help bridge the gap between public health experts and the broader community by supporting student-led projects that communicate complex health topics in accessible ways. I work alongside a passionate team of students to simplify expert knowledge, create engaging content, and empower others to understand key health issues that impact our well-being.

What excites you about public health?
Public health is about creating environments where people can thrive, physically, mentally, and socially. I'm passionate about making health information accessible, especially through creative outlets like podcasts and journals, to break down misinformation and improve community health literacy.

How do your skills and background contribute to your role?
My background in journalism, community engagement, health promotion, and yoga allows me to approach public health from a holistic perspective. I’m also completed a Master of Public Health, which deepened my expertise in policy and research, while my experience as a yoga instructor has shpaed my ability to communicate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand and compassionate way.

What’s your vision for public health?
I believe in the power of education to impact change. Through initiatives like Public Health Unplugged, I aim to empower people with the knowledge they need to make informed health decisions, and eventually lead well-being retreats and workshops worldwide.
